Established in 2003 under the name Bernice Medical Solutions Limited in Buguruni Kisiwani, Dar es Salaam, the company began as a healthcare-focused supplier. Over the years, it steadily diversified entering the importation of construction and electronic materials and establishing itself as a reliable manufacturer of roofing sheets and versatile tiles for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings.

From a single office in Dar es Salaam to international operations and modern manufacturing, our journey reflects bold decisions, strategic expansion, and an unwavering commitment to impact.
2020 – Expanding Internationally
HBGL took a bold step into the international market by establishing Glasgow Synergy Company Limited in Colorado, USA. This move signaled the beginning of a global vision one that would soon redefine the company’s identity.
2023 – Strengthening Government Partnerships
HBGL opened a new branch in Zanzibar, strategically focusing on government procurement contracts, especially in public infrastructure construction. The Zanzibar operations are fully integrated into the official e-procurement system, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all transactions.
2024 – Rebranding for Global Reach
To reflect its broader footprint and diverse operations, the company rebranded as Hape Brothers Group Limited. This transformation consolidated its various ventures under one unified brand, including the import and export of goods, government contracting, and local manufacturing.
